MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
With the commitment to uphold quality and affordable supplies, SUN-FLY holds the following minimum order requirements.

EACH DENOMINATION ordered must be in the unit of 25PCS chips, for each denomination is sold in standard sets of 25 (PLAQUE and DB not included). That means order quantity for each denomination must be the multiples of 25pcs. But this requirement need not apply to ordering of PLAQUE and DB.

Total chip amount in ONE ORDER should reach a minimum 300PCS.
Please take notice on the policy before purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our quantity requirements, in which case payment will be returned to the payer's PayPal account, and any resulting handling charges shall be the payer's responsibility. We appreciate your understanding and support.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
SUN-FLY offers free shipping to orders that meet our minimum quantity requirements. The commodities will be shipped directly from our factory to your front door using express delivery.

We have a production status available for customers to check the goods' progress in our factory. Besides, you will receive a delivery tracking code on the shipment confirmation letter. If you want to check on your shipment, you can go on the referred website to get the relevant information after your goods are shipped out.

The chips should arrive with you in approximately 7 days from the time we finish production of your order.
